I came in to look/test drive the new Jeep Gladiator and our salesman Cale was very knowledgeable on the Jeep and really made it a wonderful experience. I like the service waiting room just wish Jeep accessories were more widely displayed in the service waiting room or sales floor.

Well where do I start, it’s been almost a month since I’ve had the worse oil change in my life on my 2018 Ram 2500 Cummins. Spent $500+ on service only to get home and find out a few days after the truck was parked it was leaking oil all over my driveway. So I drove it to the dealer and have the service manager look at and confirm that it was in fact leaking all over the bottom of my truck. When I say all over it was front to back and covering everything. Even up the tailgate and the sides of the truck from driving the 3 miles to and from my house. The service lady who was helping me was great, this is nothing against her. It’s against the tech and the dealership, I’ll get to the dealership in a minute. I waited almost 2 hours for them to look over the truck and “clean” it. It wasn’t cleaned, the oil has stained everything under the front end of the truck and it’s taken me 5+ washes on the outside to finally get it all off. I was told that it wasn’t leaking from the tech it was oil he spilt from the oil filter when he changed it, mind you I’ve changed a lot of oil in my life and never have I spilt this much which I feel was a coverup to the real screw up of not putting the drain plug in all the way. That’s the only way this amount of oil would’ve ever have come out. It was “topped off” which again tells me the plug wasn’t put in all the way. I take him at his word because this is his job right? But I still don’t believe the story. Here’s where the dealership comes into play, I get a survey the next day with a 24 hour completion time frame on it which is even more shady after this screw up, I do the survey and request a refund and a call from the GM or a lead manager but guess what? I haven’t heard from anyone since the day I brought my truck back in. So I gave it some more time then I was tired of waiting and here I am. Maybe this will get the attention of the dealership and the horrid service tech that worked on my truck and stained everything underneath it.
